Nominations are also sought by August 15 for Fusion Power Associates 2025 Excellence in Fusion Engineering Awards.

Nominating material should include the candidates bio and letters of recommendation, including at least one letter from outside the nominee's home institution. This Award has been given annually since 1987 in memory of MIT professor David J. Rose. The purpose is to recognize individuals in the early part of their careers (maximum age 42) with both technical accomplishment and demonstrated leadership qualities.
