Innovative Concepts Workshop

December 14, 1999

The third in the series of Innovative Confinement Concepts (ICC) Workshopswill be held at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory Feb. 22 - 24, 2000, with Feb. 25 available for Laboratory Tours. The theme of the workshop is "ICC 2000: Progress and New Ideas." All are welcome to participate.

Contributed abstracts are invited in the areas of:

Please submit 1-page abstracts by email to Chris Celata, CMCelata@lbl.gov, by January 17, 2000. Abstracts will be accepted in simple ASCI or MSWord format.

Please also inform Chris as soon as possible of your plan to attend the meeting, and/or the Laboratory tours.

In addition to the Berkeley lab, it will also be possible to tour the Lawrence Livermore National Lab (LLNL) on Feb. 25. However, it will require special procedures for non-US-Citizens. Such persons wishing to tour the LLNL fusion facilities should be in email contact with John Perkins, perkins3@llnl.gov, by January 3, 2000.

Papers will be selected for oral or poster presentation, and organized by the ICC Program Committee.
