The Secretary of Energy Advisory Board (SEAB) Fusion Task Force (FPN99-15, FPN99-19, FPN99-22) will release its draft report at a public meeting July 9 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 14th and K Streets, NW, Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 9 am, in the Lafayette Room, and end at noon.

Chairman Richard Meserve will give an overview of findings and recommendations from 9 to 9:30. This will be followed by comments by DOE fusion head Anne Davies from 9:30 to 10:00, followed by comments by a "speaker to be determined" from 10:00 to 10:30. Following a 15 minute break there will be a period for public comment from 10:45 to 11:30.

DOE's Richard Burrow (richard.burrow@hq.doe.gov) promises to have the draft report available for electronic distribution within the next few days.
