The panel will host an open forum to receive oral input at its first meeting on 18 July, starting at 13:00 EDT and running perhaps as late at 16:00 EDT. The meeting will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bethesda, 8120 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814.

Panel chair Bob Rosner (U.Chicago) states:

However, the Committee also strongly urges written input, preferably in the form of 'white papers'; these are likely to be somewhat more helpful to our deliberations, and we therefore strongly encourage such submissions. Please submit your written submissions via e-mail to me at r-rosner@uchicago.edu with a cc to my assistant, Lydia Veliko, at lydiav@uchicago.edu. It is our intention to post all of the responses that we receive on a web site that is currently “under constructions”. We will let you know the web site address as soon as it is available.

While we welcome input throughout our deliberations (which will take place in the mid-July to beginning of September time frame), we strongly encourage submissions before our second working meeting (on 31 July).
