The film, produced by Michael Pack (Manifold Productions) and hosted by E.G. Marshall, aired on Public Television and received several awards, including the Red Ribbon Award at the American Film and Video Festival and the Bronze Award at Worldfest Houston International Film Festival.

It includes numerous interviews with fusion scientists and pioneers such as Lyman Spitzer, Jr., inventor of the Stellarator fusion concept and also with politicians, such as Senator Pete V. Domenici.
