This community-driven effort will seek to assess near- and long-term research opportunities in inertial fusion energy, and outline and develop a strategy for the HEDP, ICF, and IFE communities to work together.
The Workshop will focus on the science and technology needed to make IFE an attractive energy source and how the needed R&D will evolve from current HEDP/ICF/IFE activities and facilities.
The workshop will be held Tuesday through Thursday, February 22-24, 2022, via Webex. Webex login information will be sent in registration confirmation notification.
